Privacy policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Blue Shark Soccer Club LLC (“Blue Shark”, “we”) runs this website. This policy explains what information we receive through it, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we receive
Registration (step 1): the parent or legal guardian’s name and email, the player’s name and the program chosen. This is emailed to Coach Pulido so we can follow up. Contact form: your name, email or phone number and your message. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
The registration packet stays on your device
The details you enter in step 2 (address, guardians, emergency contacts, authorized pickup, medical information and consents) are used only inside your browser to create the PDF. They are not sent to us or stored by this website. We receive that information only when you hand in the signed printed packet.
How we use it
To reply to you, organise registrations, communicate about the program and keep players safe during training. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel and registration and contact messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend. They process the information only to provide those services.
Cookies
We use one functional cookie to remember the language you choose (English or Spanish). We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.
Children’s privacy
This website is meant for parents and legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13; information about players is provided by their parent or guardian. Photos of players are only published with the guardian’s permission given in the registration packet.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purpose it was shared for — for example, while the player takes part in the program — or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you shared with us. Write to bluesharksoccerclub@gmail.com or call (305) 481-4320.
